A few highlight from my stay in Forres - (above) the church is in the center and the Rectory, where I'm staying with Hamilton, Grace and family is to the right. It is a wonderful old house where I am enjoying the life of a Rector's family and some excellent home cooking - wonderful tastes of South Indian. I've known Hamilton and Grace for nearly 18 years - we worked together in Palliative Care and conducting English language services at the local Lutheran Church. Visited them 3 years ago and had such a wonderful time I needed to come back! (More photos later in the week.)

Hamilton and Grace - at the seaside where we had a brisk lunch until a seagull began to menace us. The little chap flew directly over our hears until he/she could be shoed away. He was keen on have our lunch - not with us - but instead of us. We finally moved inside, where it was also a bit warmer.

I really enjoyed the Drum and Pipe - a real taste of Scotland.
Remembering Judith Johnson - may she rest in peace eternal.
"A Prayer for Peace" sung by the Gordonstoun Chamber Choir at St. John's Choral Evensong for Harvest - click on the > below
O God, whose mercies cannot be numbered: Accept our prayers on behalf of thy servant Judith., and grant her an entrance into the land of light and joy, in the fellowship of thy saints; through Jesus Christ thy Son our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
